Job Description and Functions: Project Coordinator

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all stages and types of IT Projects from proposal handoff and requirements definition, to project planning and implementation. A major part of this position is to provide a proactive interface between the clients, sales staff, and technical staff to ensure effective definition and delivery of technical business solutions. To do so, strong business analysis, an understanding of system designs, and project management skills are essential.
The Technical Project Manager reports directly to the Professional Service Team Lead and is responsible for creating, managing, reviewing and marking projects complete for review. The Technical Project Manager must exercise strong initiative and independent judgment in problem reporting, problem resolution, scheduling work, and managing ongoing project support escalations within CCR s established procedures and help to move/add/change procedures when necessary.
The Technical Project Manager works closely with the Manager of Professional Services, Project Team Lead, Project Engineers, Sales, and the Management team at CCR to contribute to decisions and provide guidance and support.

Job Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Project Manager

Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation.
Responsible for the assignment, scheduling, and rescheduling of Project Engineers.
Monitor and report on the results of completed projects to the Manager of Professional Services and other required parties.
Develop, communicate, and negotiate a clear project scope and schedule.
Develop, communicate, negotiate, and create project change orders to address out of scope requests.
Own and develop project standards and templates with the Manager of Professional Services to gain efficiencies in like type projects.
Keep the necessary parties updated on the status of projects weekly.
Risk management assessment, evaluation, and identifying areas of concern from a technical, budgetary, and customer relation stand point.
Responsibility to work with the Manager of Professional Services, and Project Engineers to resolve issues that are identified during project implementation and completion.
Responsibility of overseeing the calendar of all members on the Project team.
Responsible for leading internal and client kick-off meetings to set proper client expectations.
Work with the Project Team Lead and management team to coordinate handoffs and requirements for the Project to Service lifecycle.

Skills/Qualifications: Technical Project Manager
Technical expertise, and preferred hands on working knowledge of migrations and projects related to SharePoint, O365, M365, Azure, Networking, System Engineering, and Microsoft Servers.
Seek to lead, and have an impact
Must have an energetic personality that boosts team morale, as well as strong conflict resolution skills to resolve any team issues that arise during projects.
Must be detailed oriented.
In depth knowledge of CCR s Managed Services environment.
Experience with MS Project and ConnectWise Manage.
Strong understanding of the latest Microsoft desktop, server, and cloud platforms as utilized by CCR
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate excellent follow-through with assigned tasks.
Ability to research technical topics and communicate the end results of the investigation.
Ability to maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees and clients.
Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work closely with and explain technology and processes to client s management teams
Ability to interface with high profile users in very demanding situations.
Must be willing to work overtime, night, weekends, and holidays when required to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage his/her own workflow and time management.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to clients and set proper expectations.
Ability to tell a client when an issue is out of scope or when we need to add to the scope/budget of a project.
Manage company onboarding projects and scheduling.
Be extremely detailed.
Able to define, own, and make process improvements to CCR’s project management process.
Ability to deal with time pressure and change
Secondary Responsibilities: Technical Project Manager
Review Project Engineer resource availability and communicate to Help Desk/Field Service Coordinator.
Assign open service tickets to Project Engineers on an as needed basis
Work with the Service Dispatcher and team leaders as necessary.
Schedule and setup delivery of products.
Light account management if the clients Account Manager is not available during the project process.
Educational Requirements: Technical Project Management
An Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a field related to project management.
Any Technical/Project Management related certifications.
