JOB DESCRIPTION:

Scrum Master 10+ year experience with minimum 5 years of working experience in Scrum Master role. Minimum 1-2 years experience as Agile Coach. Well-versed with Scrum framework, rules and practices. Nice to have familiarity with Kanban framework also. Good knowledge and experience in defining, tracking Agile metrics at project and program level and drive continuous improvement across scrum teams for high maturity. Hands-on experience using Jira to define and implement necessary reports & dashboard at project and program level. Well-versed with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and understands the usages of various Jira plug-ins across SDLC (ex. test management specific Jira plug-ins). Expert in monitoring and tracking Scrum teams performance and drive standardization at program level to accelerate overall adoption maturity. Expert in defining Agile scrum specific processes and best practices at program level. Should be able to coach and guide multiple scrum teams for all Scrum activities and track their performance, drive continuous improvements. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Work with Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Mandatory certification – Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Should have excellent written and communication skills

• To review on the architecture and design deliverables.
• To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for productorproject and sustenance delivery
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
• To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technologyorproduct).
