We now have an exciting opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist working as part of our North America Talent Acquisition Team. This role will provide the recruitment team with additional specialist support in the sourcing of passive candidates in order to meet the business’s current and future talent requirements.


In this role you will:

  • Proactively build & manage talent pipelines to support hard-to-fill and/or critical roles
  • Optimize employer branding initiatives to position Syngenta effectively in the external market
  • Develop a deep understanding of the agriculture industry and/or functional market to suggest and build appropriate sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates
  • Manage the (CRM) database, qualifying candidates and tagging against relevant job groups
  • Develop appropriate candidate engagement strategies
  • Support recruiters in developing campaigns for projects or targeted recruitment activities
  • Support market mapping or talent identification requests, sourcing appropriate vendors to support or undertaking research as required

Qualifications


Experience and Qualifications required for the job:

  • Demonstrable sourcing and search experience ideally gained within a global multi-national, matrix, blue chip organization.
  • Experience of pipeline development using a CRM/TRM
  • Project management experience and experience of managing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience of passive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, headhunting, online databases, social media and networks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
