Job Description

Technical Skills:

 Minimum 6+ years hands on MS Intune and Support

 Lead design, architecture, implementation and security of Endpoint management solutions including SCCM, Intune and MobileIron.

 Create and maintain operating system images, perform operating system upgrades and software patching

 Deployment and maintenance of endpoint applications

 Provide continuous improvement of the end user experience

 Assist the Service Desk with resolving escalated support incidents and problems

 Document, maintain, and improve standard operation procedures (SOPs) and processes regarding endpoint management

 Work with all members of the IT department to create a zero-trust endpoint, network and server architecture

 Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for endpoints including desktop, laptop, mobile devices as well as specialized appliances including general A/V, Teams Rooms, media players, etc.

 Work with our Cybersecurity team to ensure that endpoints are protected and secure

 Coordinates and leads projects through all phases of design and implementation within areas of responsibility

 Transition Engineering projects to Operation teams with standard documentation and control to efficiently support the Day to Day operations.

 Lead Endpoint Management Operations team after Engineering handover.

Process Skills:

 5 – 7 years IT work experience in an enterprise information technology infrastructure environment with emphasis in Endpoint management.

  Expert level knowledge of Windows7/10, Mac, IOS and Android architecture and Endpoint management solutions,

Intune and MobileIron.

 Broad understanding of core Microsoft cloud technologies and services, including Azure IaaS and Office 365, and core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Server, OneDrive

 Prover track record operating in a lead technical role and managing large enterprise Endpoint management environments.

  Experience with Private Cloud and Hybrid cloud configurations, patterns, and security practices/patterns in Azure; scripting and automation technologies; PowerShell ; and experience leading enterprise deployments.

 Certification   MCP, MCSA, MCSE ( preferred )

Behavioral Skills :

 Knowledge in  Intune , SCCM, AD and O365.

 Need to have knowledge on Monitoring tools

 Team Player

Qualification:

 Bachelor of Education/Engineering.
