Senior Recruiter – IT

India | Full-time (FT) | Shared Services

Shift Timings – 10 AM to 7 PM | Management Level – Manager | Travel Requirements – 10-20%

Specialism – Recruitment, Sourcing

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter with an overall experience of 5 to7 years and at least 3 years of experience as a Business Partner in the BPO/KPO/ IT or ITES Industry to join our HR Team. The responsibilities would entail include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media and conducting interviews

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Senior Recruiter – IT Process Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications

  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements

  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions

  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

  • Completing paperwork for new hires

  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

  • Managing internship programs

  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company

  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers

  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews

  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases

  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate

  • Overall experience of 5 to7 years and at least 3 years of experience as a Business Partner in the BPO/KPO/ IT or ITES Industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA would be a plus
