QUALIFICATION:
To front end sales and engage in business development so as to generate business booking and billing from targeted clients & prospects.
(1.) To manage client expectation and any challenges / escalations in current project engagements.
(2.) To manage team members for business development through named new accounts with no prior engagement with the defined level of profitability.
(3.) To take charge and be accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle including opportunity identification, opportunity analysis, proposal creation, bid defense,commercials and finally winning the deal ( through SFA) and accordingly generate revenue pipeline and business opportunities from Target client
(4.) To drive the team for realization of booked targets and generate Billing.
(5.) To be accountable for all new accounts classifiable in the Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum category and plan for propositions and pitches into the New Accounts.
