Job Description:
- This role is responsible for greeting and directing patients, families, and visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Communicating patient care information to appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Maintaining the necessary forms and supplies required at the Reception area
- Answering telephones, directing calls and taking detailed messages
- Acts as a communication link between the Provider, Nurse, and Clinic Manager
- Ensures current patient information is accurate by completion of information forms by patients, insurance cards copied, and co-pays and patient balances collected
- Promotes customer satisfaction through appropriate communication
- Coordination of patient care related concerns and focus on patient needs and expectations
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
Excellent customer service skills and a team player is a must
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
