Job Description

Our Project Coordinators manage multiple projects from conception to closeout. Basic duties include preparing quotes, reviewing contracts, facilitating change orders, coordinating material orders with purchasing, reviewing job costs and processing monthly billings.

The ability to demonstrate a consistently professional, positive, willing and helpful attitude, along with, the capability to work well with others in a deadline-oriented environment a must.

The successful candidate must be open to learning new concepts and systems, assist with a variety of tasks, and exhibit extremely strong organizational and communication skills.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to follow procedures and make administrative decisions and judgments.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day interaction with high profile clients, general contractors, sales personnel, field operations, vendors, manufacturers, and staff from a variety of departments.
  • High attention to detail, follow up and extraordinary customer service.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new skills.
  • General administrative duties to include typing, filing and phone skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management, budgets, and customer service.
