Our Project Coordinators manage multiple projects from conception to closeout. Basic duties include preparing quotes, reviewing contracts, facilitating change orders, coordinating material orders with purchasing, reviewing job costs and processing monthly billings.
The ability to demonstrate a consistently professional, positive, willing and helpful attitude, along with, the capability to work well with others in a deadline-oriented environment a must.
The successful candidate must be open to learning new concepts and systems, assist with a variety of tasks, and exhibit extremely strong organizational and communication skills.
