Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
To ensure implementation of quality initiatives and adherence to identified quality standards with a view to improving the delivery capabilities of the assigned organizational delivery units
(1.) Identify SMEs (internal / external) for development of learning interventions and modification of content within the defined timelines.
- Evaluate applicable trainers for learning interventions for respective academy with the help of SME, using evaluation tools.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for program related information (BLP, LSS, Service Lines) and incorporate the same in the learning interventions design and content.
- Review required training programs against existing training catalogue, finalized during AULP & take corrective actions to close gaps.
(2.) Oversee coordination with relevant stakeholders (trainers, academy, training coordinator, business learning partner, etc.) for effective scheduling of all learning interventions created in the academies.
- Resolve all infrastructure related issues within the academies.
- Track all activities in respective academies and develop mitigation plans to avoid bottleneck in processes for delivery of learning interventions.
- Guide team to conduct Train the Trainers and Trainer’s certifications on a regular basis.
- Seek & review periodic feedback on programs in the Academy to determine corrective action as required.
