Experience of DFS, Azure and 2016 AD environments

Resolve complex issues of AD, WINS, DNS related Trouble tickets
Familiar in Azure AD Connector sync rules and process.

Expert Knowledge on Azure AD Connect (Directory Sync)
Hands on experience in troubleshooting Identity Access Management
Hands on experience in Troubleshooting Azure single sign-on issues
Good Knowledge on Active Directory Federation services (ADFS) and familiar with MFA
Active Directory Monitoring using SCOM
Configuring and Managing Active directory Services
Configuring and Managing DNS
Knowledge on logs analysis over Splunk
Knowledge on AD Provisioning and Deprovisioning functions
Knowledge on AD compliance and Audit.
Expert skills on service pack and patch deployment
Expert technical knowledge on Domain, Partition, Replication, DC, FSMO, LDAP, KCC, Group Policies, DNS.

5-10 Years total IT experience
3-5 years’ experience in supporting Active Directory (Windows 2012 & Windows 2016)
Excellent verbal and written user documentation skills
Ability to communicate complex technology to no tech audience in simple and precise manner.
