Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
To design, develop and deliver complex new features, fixes and enhancements in the product as per product management requirements and guide the team effectively in completing their assigned tasks with high quality.
(1.) To develop and implement product code for new product/platform features and enhancements based on agreed use cases and priority.
(2.) To investigate and resolve highly complex customer issues in a timely manner.
(3.) To provide appropriate support to PoCs and sales/support activities to facilitate revenue generation.
(4.) To provide required guidance to dev/test teams to ensure on-time delivery of the high quality product.
(5.) To provide support and inputs to architects and project management to help define the design and direction for the product.
