Responsibilities

- Serve as Architect-Engineer Contract Manager coordinating and implementing services of A-E Contractors, engineering consultants, and other experts who provide services to the Middle East District.
- Accomplish A-E Contract Actions to include: synopsis, pre-selection, selection, request for proposal, preparation of post negotiation documentation, preparation of contract package, and contract award.
- Coordinate and implement contracting of services of AE contractors, engineering consultants, and other professional experts engaged to perform studies, designs, criteria preparation, and engineering and environmental work on various programs.

Education:
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as a field of Engineering or Architecture.
