- Minimum of 2 years’ staffing experience (Title 5 or excepted service).
- Experience with USA Staffing and/or Monster Government solutions.
- Current Public Trust is desirable, not mandatory

- Review the current staffing processes, identify and recommend ways to streamline these processes, locate and recommend ways to eliminate hiring barriers.
- Determine required process improvements and develop and implement the desired processes with the goal of significantly improving the number of new hires to meet workforce staffing targets.
- Recommend, develop, and implement a sustainable continuous process improvement strategy that is focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring program.
- Support the hiring program to include increasing their workforce.
