Job Description

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment (gas & diesel engines), hydraulic, electrical & pneumatic systems maintenance, diagnostics and repair
• Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools associated with vehicle and motorized equipment repairs
• Excellent troubleshooter, ability to perform work independently, & works well under pressure to meet required deadlines
• Strong communication and listening skills.  Ability to read, write & speak the English language.
• Safety & compliance knowledge associated with repair & maintenance of heavy equipment, vehicles and motorized equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass DOT physical, and willingness to travel to construction sites, as needed.
