We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to work in our AdrianMichigan location.This candidate must be comfortable with initiating dialogue/projects with new clients to develop branding strategy for his/her business.  To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with clients to understand project objectives in order to build effective and creative solutions. You must demonstrate creativity and have a technical eye for graphic finishing detail.  This role adheres to and promotes the company’s values by performing respective duties in a manner that supports and contributes to the achievement of the organizational goals.

Expectations include:

  • Develop graphic designs solutions that support our clients overall goals of creativity, accuracy and quality
  • Meet promise dates based on client requirements
  • Facilitate the success of a client program through collaboration with the graphic engineers
  • Develop and refine the graphic design process for our manufacturing facility
  • Develop and support business processes for pre-press
  • Create production ready artwork for both large format print and graphic finishing
  • Assist graphic engineering department with technical Illustrator needs to improve vehicle template accuracy
  • Complete process development projects within the forecasted deadlines
  • Responsible for the processing and submission of all ordering and scheduling documents

 

 Education and Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field; company will consider a combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in design software programs (Adobe Creative Cloud) including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills
  • Commitment to continuous education, such as manufacturing of creative design to drive improvements of design and finished products
