QUALIFICATION:
To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program.
(1.) To hold custody of identified client relationships and anchor client visits in Due Diligence or Governance.
(2.) To plan for infrastructure (IT| Physical| Customer Specific) to meet delivery requirements.
(3.) To provide broad based management| quality and project leadership experience in all aspects of service delivery work processes.
(4.) To provide operational oversight to enabling and enabling processes that service the business delivery function.
(5.) To ensure local statutory compliances.
