Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be a part of operations team working on marketing operations business
- Need to work as an independent resource / individual contributor while still being part of larger marketing automation cluster and bring synergies
- Daily hands on campaign execution (segmentation, campaign flow creation)
- Conduct extensive quality audits. Interact with client stakeholders for validation
- Creating campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving
- Should be able to create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect / capture ongoing projects
- Work with onshore consultant to get requirements and execute those requirements
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of experience on Adobe Campaign Marketing Automation platform. Certification is added plus
- Should be well versed with Email Marketing concepts & best practices
- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in scripting
- MS Office [with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel]
- Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans

- Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
