To lead and drive the Technology Solutions team in the LoB vertical to make the unit competitive and preferred from a technical capability perspective.
(1.) To establish and run the technology solutions organization to provide EN/NN growth to the designated accounts. The typical split at this juncture is 70/30.
(2.) To identify and set-up Technology or techno/domain practices for establishment of thought leadership or market leadership (generate more business). E.g. Payments Practice| Cloud Initiatives| Windows platform upgrade center| Risk Management Practice| Wealth Management Practice etc).
(3.) To mentor| train and create better pool of talent [architects] in LoB.
(4.) To plan for Skill Development for LoB Technology Solutions (Create and plan technology expertise towers| skills required| current skills against these towers| a method for assessing and metering the current skill index| skill index required for each unique role| identify skill gaps and create and execute an agreed skill development plan).
(5.) To set-up and run Re-use practice across the LoB (Define and set-up the practice| evangelize| implement and do periodic ROI assessment).
