Expertise in technical aspect on Active Directory /DNS/Group Policy.Expertise and understanding DNS protocol and concepts. Experience on Big-IP DNS and Infoblox DNS security ( Recursive and Authorative)MSCE Windows 2012R2,Windows 2016/ windows 2019. Expert level on Windows OS troubleshootingExpertise of Certificate Management. Understanding of SSL cert life cycleGood understanding of networking conceptsGood Knowledge of reporting tools such as Netwrix , Manage Engine etc..Good knowledge of AZURE AD, Bitlocker and other encryption technologiesMust have good Communication SkillsManagerial/leadership experience.Reporting and Escalation handling experienceAbility to work with multiple levels in the organization with key business stakeholders.Forecast future requirements, Control budget and report on expenditureExperience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specificationsBusiness impact analysis of devices and servicesRisk Assessment and management / Business continuity ManagementManage vendor performanceSLA managementCritical Incident Management (1.)
