As a Customer Care representative you will:
Complete scheduled outbound calls to obtain product orders from existing Coca-Cola customers
Accept inbound calls related to repair requests for Coca-Cola owned equipment
Ensure accuracy of product orders
Suggestively sell additional products which complement a customer’s current brand portfolio
Meet sales and performance goals
What we are looking for:
High School diploma or GED

Customer service experience, six months preferred
General computer knowledge
