Job Description

As a Customer Care representative you will:

  • Complete scheduled outbound calls to obtain product orders from existing Coca-Cola customers

  • Accept inbound calls related to repair requests for Coca-Cola owned equipment

  • Ensure accuracy of product orders

  • Suggestively sell additional products which complement a customer’s current brand portfolio

  • Meet sales and performance goals

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • “Can Do” attitude with a focus on teamwork

  • Competitive drive to achieve goals

  • Ability to multitask

  • Exceptional organization and follow through

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Customer service experience, six months preferred

  • General computer knowledge

  • 10-key by touch

  • High School diploma or GED
