Job Description

Overview

Our company is growing, and we are in need of new employees to fill key positions and for that, we require a qualified and experienced, junior corporate recruiter to help us with this process. You will work as part of a dedicated team to seek out the best candidates for a variety of positions in our company. You will need to be personable, friendly and well-versed with selling a job to a candidate. Responsibilities 

  • Meet with dedicated client group for all their Human Resource needs – employee relations, talent review, salary and succession planning and all HR related matters.

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting for all locations – including development of sourcing strategies/advertising, phone and/or video screening to qualify candidates, scheduling/coordinating of interviews with the hiring team, coordination of offers, negotiating compensation and tracking candidate activity.

  • Attend meetings with the company executives, human resource business partners and/or hiring managers, to learn about, plan out and discuss the positions to be filled and what qualifications are needed for each opening.

  • Work with our recruitment partners and hiring managers to create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates; post these ads on various online and offline resources.

  • Complete management of all job postings, both on our website, as well as external postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc. Utilize knowledge of recruiting sources to effectively attract viable talent.

  • Extend job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management. Provide them with offer letter and discuss the benefits, requirements and details of the position.

  • Partner with corporate HR team to fine tune and enhance general HR function through the creation of new policies, procedures, opportunities and further collaboration and partnerships with all departments.

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Two to four years of experience as a corporate recruiter 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field 
  • Competent level of expertise with respect to utilizing a corporate ATS (iCIMS preferred) 
  • Excellent communication skills 

Preferred:
Master’s degree in business, human resources or a related field 
TAS and/or PRC recruiting certifications 
In-house recruiting experience for industrial / manufacturing company
