Experience in Telecommunication sector is a must.Operating Model:The professional should be well versed with business process design and assessment & up to date with leading industry practices
- Hands on experience in strategy development (Market assessment, GTM channel strategy, Cost Optimization etc.)
- Implementing eTOM, ITIL, DevOps and other telecom specific business process framework
Product & Customer:
- Fair understanding of both B2C & B2B Product Lifecycle management (Products, Promotion, Pricing, Digital Marketing etc.)
- BTL product offering including effective measurement metrics, segmentation, analytical modelling
- Well conversed with digital ecosystem and prior experience of using digital channels to elevate customer experience, optimize cost, improve efficiencies etc.
Platforms & Application:
- Have reasonable proficiency in couple of OSS/BSS elements including CRM, Billing, Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Catalogue, Intelligent Network etc.
- Have a thorough understanding of SDLC process and have prior experience in System design, translation of business requirement into functional specifications, design of User Acceptance Test cases, System integrations and Migrations etc.
- Automate and analyze large datasets using tools such as Business Objects, SQL, Python and MS-Access etc.
Other Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of relevant business experience and a degree from a top-tier MBA, Engineering, BBA or B.Com. Program
- Experience in working with or leading consulting teams in projects autonomously with minimal direction
- Background or experience (through coursework or employment) in TMT sector
- A base level of knowledge in business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques
- Delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and taking individual initiative
- Ability to synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client’s data and information from primary and secondary research
- Ability to marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills, ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships with team members
