Job Description

Job Purpose 
Provide a general overview of the position that describes the main objectives and goals. 
Manage transitioned accounts; clean them up, transfer them to the correct market assignment, with the overall purpose of retaining revenue and providing a better customer experience. This role provides backup support for turnover and unexpected rep absences. This role will free up time for other AE’s to focus on their current book of business and new business acquisition. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Research accounts, identify key players and evaluate customer needs
  • Hold qualifying calls and then route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Sell integrated marketing solutions in digital and print business offerings, and demonstrate an understanding of all solutions, must be able to articulate our products

and their value propositions to customers. 

  • Develop an understanding of the customers’ individual business needs, trends and patterns and develop an understanding of your account base and related industries.
  • Maintain an awareness of KPI responsibilities and performance to goal at all times.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues for clients

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce is a plus
