Assisting customers with their telephone inquiries, answering questions about CCU products/services, and resolving concerns in an efficient time frame, while providing exceptional service.
Acting as a back up to our online representatives, by taking inbound chats/emails from our customers.
Educating our customers and recommending appropriate CCU products/services, to enhance their experience and make a positive impact, with their financial lives (And to meet goals we have those too).
What you’ll need to join the team:
Education equivalent to a H.S. Diploma
Minimum of 2 years similar service experience (things like high-volume service, sales, hospitality, or office jobs)
Must tech-savvy and have advanced proficiency with multiple computer systems/software applications
Excellent interpersonal and service skills, highly professional written and verbal communication
Ability to be a strong, independent worker with a genuine approach to helping others
Ability to work the following weekly schedule
