USA Today is seeking a Los Angeles-based fellow who can hop on breaking news of the day. We’re looking for a recent graduate or early career journalist who is adept at monitoring social media, spotting trends and interesting stories. You’ll get to work with top-notch journalists from across the country on our national news desk. You must be able to learn quickly, write on deadline and prize accuracy. The goal of the fellowship is to provide on-the-job training that could lead to a full-time position.

Job qualifications:
