BDC Service Representative

We are currently looking for a motivated member for our Business Development Center. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. Duties

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via our Service Customer Relations Management tool. Outstanding customer service, organization, follow-through are required.

  • Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
  • Minimum outbound call requirement
  • Monitoring and contacting Service customers
  • Determining each customer’s vehicle needs by active listening
  • Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
  • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
  • Other duties as required
  • **Some weekends and evenings required **

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you must embody our dealer group’s stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal BDC Representative will also have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
  • Strong-tasking and organization skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Verifiable work history
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong English skills
