Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

Clearly understand the client’s network environment and respective product. 
Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot network issues and related monitoring tools 
Analyze and validate network incidents in-detail 
Enable knowledge transfer/trainings through creation/ maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. 
Analyze and fine-tune network policies, participate in network review calls pertaining to change requests & recommendations on network policy changes. 
Implement changes, monitor network device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. 
Prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progress/challenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client.
Technology to work Arista, Cisco Catalyst & Nexus, HP, Brocade, Infoblox DDI, Aruba wireless. 
Understanding new technologies/products and support them
Strong Working knowledge on network/ involving Cisco/HP/Aruba/Infoblox/Palo Alto Solutions such LAN, WAN, Video, Wireless, Security etc.
Should be willing to travel to perform the required functions

Education 
BE/B.Tech (IT/CS/EE/ECE)
Experience
Overall 8-14 years of IT experience, with minimum 5-10 years of experience in network, Voice and Security related profile, experience in designing, delivering or managing complex Network Infrastructure.
5-9 Years of Network and Security Experience preferably in Support L3 role.
Certification: CCNA, CCNP
Technical Skills
Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design and plan, implement and support IT solutions using following technologies:
Networking Cisco, HP, Arista
oSD-WAN Technologies
Wireless Aruba
oDDI Infoblox
Excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routers, Campus switches, Fabric Switches, wireless access points & controller, Load balancer.

Experience
Experience with design and developing conceptual, logical, and technical architecture 
(1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders 

(2.) To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced 

(3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning

 (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required. 

(5.) To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA.
