Responsibilities

  • Be a key driving force in building industry experience, solutions, and GTM in the area defined
  • Consultative skills & executive presence in client’s discussion; lead business meetings with prospective clients 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to build momentum on new deals and successfully convert them.
  • Build a point of view on Sales (direct and channel) and Quote-to-Cash operations, respond to RFI, RFP, and sole-sourced deals in this space, and build proposals for them
  • Deal Lead Solution Architect: Lead Genpact’s proposal building efforts and delivery of final submission: Build the storyline, pull-in advisors and SMEs, work with Pricing team and coordinate with Internal Genpact support teams (HR, IT, Infra, Legal, etc.)
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for the service line practice
  • Build and manage collateral requirements for customer meetings by coordinating with key partners: Sales, Operations, Transformation, and Digital teams
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a meaningful role

Minimum qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Hi-Tech and consumer electronics sectors (experience with top 20 largest global Technology & CE providers is ideal)
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Management in Hi-Tech OEMs, Distributors, and technology companies: Marketing, Lead Management, Sales and Sales Operations, Contracting Pricing Quoting (CPQ), Order Management, Customer Success, and channel partner activities: rebates, MDFs, and channel data management
  • Expert mastery of MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to design and articulate executive-level storylines
  • Experience in directly managing clients in the Hi-Tech and Consumer Electronics sectors
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Ability to front-end customer discussions and liaise with senior customer stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing and Quote to Cash domains
  • Ready to travel on a regular basis
  • Ambitious to research clients within or relevant to the assigned sectors

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good in communication
  • Executive presence, customer relationship skills, excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle the transaction flow and provide direction, along with excellent partner management skills
  • A good combination of past consulting and industry experience in Marketing, Sales, and Lead Management functions
